Enable the Sales module
Sales is off by default for a new company - turning it on, admin-only.
This page is about . Your system is set to a different one, so the screens and behaviour here may not match what you see. Use the switch at the top of the contents to change it.
Overview
The Sales Lead Portal is a module like any other in Tradie - it’s off by default for a new company, and only an admin can switch it on.
Step by step
- Open Module Configuration from the admin settings.
- Find Sales Module Enabled and switch it on.
- Reload the Sales Lead Portal (or have your team log in again) - it now shows the real app instead of the “Sales isn’t enabled” message.
Note
Every Sales endpoint checks this setting server-side, not just the app’s own display - so a user can’t work around it by hitting an old bookmark or link while it’s off.
