Build your own forms for the phone, and the report each completed form produces.

Overview
Report Designer is where you build your company’s own forms - inspections, certificates, checklists, sign-off sheets. Your team fills them in on the phone, and each completed form becomes a finished Word or PDF report laid out the way you designed it.
What you can do
- Build a form from sections and fields - text, numbers, dates, yes/no, choices, signatures, photos and more.
- Lay out the report - each section prints as plain text, a question-and-answer table, or a data table with a row per item.
- Show questions only when they apply - a child field appears on the phone only when the answer above it calls for it.
- Fill in details automatically - the job, customer and site, or the person completing the form.
- Preview the form as the phone shows it, and the report exactly as it will print.
- Decide where it appears - the phone’s home screen, a job’s tabs, the Sales Lead Portal - and what happens to it once completed: attached to the job, emailed, or both.
- Start from a Word document - the Import Document wizard turns a .docx form into a draft.
Who uses it
- Admins and office staff build and publish the forms.
- Field team members fill them in on the Mobile app.
- The office reads completed forms in the Scheduler’s Completed Forms window. See Viewing form responses.
