Overview
Radio buttons are not a separate field. They are how a Multiple Choice field shows its options by default: every option visible, exactly one chosen.
Step by step: add a radio-button question
- Click Multiple Choice under + Add Fields.
- Type the question in Heading.
- Leave Show options as on One answer - radio buttons.
- Click Add option for each answer and type it.
When radio buttons suit
- Short lists - up to about six options, so they fit on the phone without scrolling.
- Answers people should read - every option is in view, so nobody picks the first one by default.
For a long list, switch Show options as to One answer - dropdown list. For more than one answer, choose Several answers - tick boxes.
