See every job ever done on a piece of the customer's equipment, from the job you are on.

Overview

Before you start on a machine, it helps to know what was done to it last time and by whom. The item history screen shows every previous job against that specific piece of equipment, not just against the customer.

The customer lookup with its search box

Getting there

Two ways in:

  • From the job you are on. The customer item on the job’s Info tab is a tappable row. Tap it to open that item’s history, and use the back arrow to return to the job.
  • From the customer. Open the customer, expand the item, then tap View History.
Step by step: check what was done last time
  1. Open the job from My Jobs.
  2. On the Info tab, tap the customer item row.
  3. Read the item’s details at the top - serial, type, status, warranty.
  4. Scroll to Jobs and tap the most recent one to expand it.
  5. Tap Load Transactions for the materials used, or Load Checklists for the forms that were filled in.

What the screen shows

  • The item - every field your accounting system holds for it: key, description, type, serial, status, purchase date, item number and warranty details. Infusion Elite’s own extra fields appear under Custom fields.
  • Service Items - the parts and quantities a service on this item normally uses, where your office has set them up.
  • Jobs - every job against the item, newest first, each expanding into its materials, purchase orders, memos, images and completed checklists.
  • Related - the sales leads, tasks and recurring jobs pointing at this item.

Invoices are not shown on the mobile app.

If the history looks short

A note saying “Includes jobs updated in Infusion since Tradie On The Move began syncing them” means the list starts from when syncing began. Older jobs are not missing from the accounting system, they were simply never synced, and there is no backfill.

An item that has been removed from the accounting system shows “This item is no longer in the ERP”. Its job history still appears.
