Overview
Documents holds the reference material your office keeps for you - safety data sheets, Take 5 and TARPS forms, install guides, price lists, policies. It is read-only, and always shows the version the office has loaded.
Step by step: find a document
- Tap Documents on the home screen.
- Tap the category you need, or All Documents to see everything.
- Type into the search box to narrow the list.
- Tap the document to open it.
The document opens in your phone’s own viewer, so a PDF opens the way any other PDF does and you can save or share it from there.
Categories
Documents are grouped by category - how your office has chosen to file them. Some categories carry a note at the top explaining when to use what is inside. Documents filed without a category appear under General.
Tips
- Documents need a connection to open. Offline, the screen tells you so rather than leaving you waiting.
- If a form looks out of date, ask the office to replace it in the Document Vault. Everyone gets the new version at once, so there is no old copy left on anyone’s phone.
