Your jobs list
Where your bookings appear, what each card shows, and how to find one fast.
The jobs the office books for you appear as cards, one per job, in date order. Tap a card to open the job. A search box at the top finds one by number, customer or address.
Which list to open
The home screen can have up to four job buttons. Your company decides which you see.
| Button | What it lists |
|---|---|
| My Scheduled Jobs | Your bookings for today and later, under a heading for each day. Sales tasks assigned to you appear here too |
| My Progress Jobs | Bookings from earlier days that are not finished yet, so nothing slips |
| My Jobs | The jobs booked to you, with an Update Jobs button to fetch the latest |
| All Jobs | Every open job, not just yours. Tap one to book it to yourself - see below |
What each card shows
- The customer and the job number.
- A coloured bar in the job status’s colour, and a thinner bar showing where the booking sits in the day.
- The booked times and the job name.
- The site address, and any note the office added to the booking.
- Icons - a clock when a time has been promised to the customer, people when others are booked on the job too, a tick once it is complete, and an H once the Health and Safety questionnaire is done.
- Stop Work on the card for the job you are currently working on.
Your company can add the job’s contact details and description to each card.
If you are booked on the same job more than once, the bookings are usually shown as one card. Admin jobs, such as leave, are shown greyed out and cannot be opened.
Finding a job
Step by step: search for a job
- Tap the Search box at the top of the list.
- Type part of the job number, the job name, the customer or the address.
- The list narrows as you type. Clear the box to see everything again.
There are no sort options or status tabs on these lists; the search box is the way to narrow them.
Keeping the list up to date
The list refreshes by itself while you are online, and shows Checking for updates… while it does. On My Jobs, tap Update Jobs to fetch the latest straight away.
If the list is empty it says No jobs allocated to you.
Picking up a job from All Jobs
All Jobs shows every open job, with a Search box, a sort menu (job code, due date, job status or customer) and a Descending tick box.
Step by step: take a job yourself
- Open All Jobs from the home screen.
- Find the job and tap it.
- When asked Would you like to assign this job to yourself?, tap YES.
The job is booked to you and opens straight away.
If your company uses Project Mode, All Jobs asks you to choose a project first, and shows it above the list with a Change button. See Projects.
Not seeing a job you expected?
- It was only just booked. Wait a moment for the list to update, or tap Update Jobs on My Jobs.
- It is booked on an earlier day. Look in My Progress Jobs.
- It is booked to someone else. Only your own bookings appear here. Use All Jobs, or ask the office.
