Manage the equipment that can be booked alongside team members.
This page is about Infusion Online and Infusion Elite. Your system is set to a different one, so the screens and behaviour here may not match what you see. Use the switch at the top of the contents to change it.
Overview
Decide which of your Infusion products should also show up as bookable equipment on the calendar - vehicles, machinery, anything you schedule alongside a person.
The list
Shows every product’s Code, Name, Stock Group and an Is Available checkbox. Search by name or code, or filter by Stock Group.
Step by step: make an item bookable
- Search or filter to find the product.
- Tick Is Available.
The item now gets its own row on the calendar, alongside your team members - see Team members & equipment. Untick it to remove the row again.
Click Update from Infusion to pull in any new products added on the Infusion side since you last opened this screen.
Click Update from Infusion to pull in any new products from Infusion Elite through the Tradie connector on your own server.
