Overview
The PDF button on the Timesheets screen produces a printable report of hours worked. You choose the dates and who to include, so it covers a single day, the week on screen, or up to five weeks for a pay run.
Step by step: download the report
- Open Timesheets and move to the week you want, using the arrows or This week.
- Click PDF.
- Set From and To. Both open a date picker; the range can span up to five weeks.
- For a single day, tick Single day and set From only.
- Tick the people to include, or tick All for everybody.
- Tick Single person per page if the report is going to more than one person.
- Click Download.
The report opens in a new tab, landscape, grouped by person with sub-totals worked out for you. Each person’s section ends with their hours for each labour code, then their total.
Tips
- The dialog opens on the week already showing on screen, so the common case is PDF then Download.
- Tick Single person per page before handing a multi-week report to several people, so each one only sees their own pages.
- Five weeks is the limit. A longer range is refused rather than silently trimmed, so run a second report for the rest.
- The report covers whatever is recorded for those dates. It does not care whether lines have been submitted to your accounting system yet.
